How are we different from other Transport companies?

As trucking industry continues to grow and becomes more and more saturated, it is becoming harder and harder to stand out from the crowd without stepping into swamp of promises/lies but still keep professionalism.
Dessant Transport offers several types of transport:
VIP
All VIP orders are moved by OUR trucks, by drivers that were trained by Dessant Transport, on Dessant Transport equipment, and the move will be monitored by Dessant Transport employees. What's in it for you?
Expedited
The goal of an expedited service is aimed toward clients that have vehicles at a storage location, or auctions where a fee is accumulated each day. What's in it for you?
Enclosed
Our managers are always ready to answer your questions. You can call us at the weekends and at night. What's in it for you?
VIP
  • Pros and Cons
  • You can request a location of your vehicle or truck that the vehicle is on at any time
  • As our equipment is limited there is a queue for VIP loads, but you can see where our trucks are at our VIP Queue section of the website
  • Also, due to our still growing fleet it might take longer for your vehicle to be picked up
  • We take pictures of your vehicle prior to pick up, and IF requested they will be sent to you PRIOR to loading the vehicle
  • We take pictures of your vehicle upon delivery, and IF requested they will be sent to you upon delivery
Expedited

  • Pros and Cons
  • You don't need to wait until our truck is in the area, or makes its way to the pick up location
  • We find a qualified carrier which is in the area to pick up and move your car fast
  • Not all carriers are qualified to move all vehicles. e.g. a 9 car hauler would not be able to pick up a car at a repossession yard (due to tight space) or in a downtown, if a truck is not equipped for inoperable vehicles they too cannot move your vehicle. In this case it might take longer
  • All carriers chosen will have a full and active insurance, and you will be advised how to act and what to do to avoid damage and/or problems

  • Pros and Cons
  • This option is ideal for model cars, collectibles, or higher end vehicles
  • Very few companies have these types of trailers, therefore, the pick up might be prolonged
  • This option requires a higher cost to compensate the empty miles that the truck will need to drive in order to accommodate this move
  • Some areas will be completely inaccessible by larger trucks and higher trailers, we will keep you updated with options that might work for you, and until a truck is assigned you can change the type of transport
